What you'll do

  • Advise clients on strategic alternatives, capital structures and valuation considerations.
  • Coordinate negotiations with counterparties, investors, regulators and internal specialists.
  • Support business development by cultivating networks and identifying opportunities.

  • Provide mentorship, feedback and professional development for analysts through vice presidents.
  • Champion Equaryon's culture of stewardship, transparency and client-first decision making.
  • Collaborate with partners on firm initiatives, including knowledge sharing and recruiting.
Requirements

Experience

  • 7+ years in investment banking, corporate development, private capital or strategy roles.
  • Track record leading complex transactions with meaningful client exposure.
  • Established network across corporates, investors and advisors.
