Overview

What you'll experience

Internship based in New York / Remote with direct exposure to Equaryon's core advisory workstreams.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of presentations, briefing materials and valuation exhibits.
  • Compile industry and company research to support transaction hypotheses.
  • Help organise diligence trackers, data room materials and internal status notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to daily market updates.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Candidates should demonstrate analytical strength, curiosity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student entering final or penultimate year.
  • Strong academic performance in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling preferred.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
